香港自殺報道資料庫（前稱：2019年香港自殺資料統計）記錄了在香港自殺或企圖自殺且有被媒體報道的個案。近年香港的自殺個案數字有上升趨勢，當中包括受情緒病及精神病困擾影響，也有學生因承受不了學業、家庭或朋輩壓力而選擇輕生，引起了社會各界關注和痛心，促請教師及家長關注學童的情緒變化，以愛心關懷，並提供支援予有需要學生，加強照顧精神健康及預防自殺的工作，引導他們勇於面對逆境，珍惜生命。
